Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management and optimization of international payroll processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across JP Morgan Chase's global operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies, such as AI and automation, into payroll systems for enhanced scalability
• Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements in a financial services context
• Ensure adherence to international labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) in all payroll activities
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for payroll solutions, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in portfolio delivery
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to implement and test payroll software updates and integrations
• Provide expertise and support to regional payroll teams, resolving complex issues related to multi-currency payments and employee benefits
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll metrics, reporting on key performance indicators to senior leadership
• Participate in audits and regulatory reviews to safeguard JP Morgan Chase's financial integrity and operational resilience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, product management, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven knowledge of international payroll regulations, compliance standards, and cross-border tax implications
• Experience with payroll software and enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle HCM
• Strong understanding of data analytics and process optimization in a global financial environment
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones and regions

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP or FPC) or project management (e.g., PMP)
• Experience working in a multinational bank or financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in fintech
• Prior exposure to AI-driven payroll automation tools and emerging technologies
