Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders in Consumer & Operations to identify and define leadership hiring needs
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for high-caliber candidates in the financial services sector
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate leadership potential
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling job requisitions and employer branding materials
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future leadership roles in Mumbai operations
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan's diversity goals and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies for specialized leadership searches
  • Contribute to recruitment strategy innovations tailored to the dynamic financial industry

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in India, particularly for financial sector roles
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Advanced degree or certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or equivalent)
