Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end change management process for automation and transformation projects, ensuring seamless implementation across JP Morgan Chase's operations
• Identify, assess, and resolve issues impacting low-code development initiatives, minimizing disruptions to financial services delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and compliance to drive automation efficiencies in banking processes
• Develop and maintain change control documentation, adhering to JP Morgan's governance standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on transformation outcomes to senior stakeholders
• Facilitate training and adoption of low-code tools to enhance team productivity in analytics and delivery functions
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for change initiatives in the financial services sector
• Support the integration of automation solutions to optimize workflows in areas like risk management and client services
• Liaise with vendors and internal partners to ensure alignment with JP Morgan's transformation roadmap
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process automation and issue prevention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in change management, issue resolution, or project management within financial services
• Proven track record in overseeing automation and digital transformation initiatives in a banking environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in financial institutions
• Experience with low-code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, or Microsoft Power Platform
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and project lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
