Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the end-to-end delivery of employee compute products by identifying and overcoming operational challenges
• Manage dependencies across teams, including IT, engineering, and business units to ensure timely product rollout
• Participate in change management activities, such as developing communication plans and training programs for new compute solutions
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align employee compute initiatives with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
• Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance employee productivity and security
• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to ensure all employee compute deployments meet financial regulatory standards
• Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and drive consensus on product delivery priorities
• Support the adoption of innovative technologies, like secure remote access tools, for JP Morgan's global workforce
• Document processes and lessons learned to refine future product delivery frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product delivery, project management, or IT operations within a large-scale enterprise environment
• Proven track record in managing dependencies and resolving cross-functional challenges in technology product delivery
• Experience in change management processes, including stakeholder communication and risk mitigation in financial services
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for product lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of employee computing environments, such as device management and endpoint security in a corporate setting
