Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their banking experience at the Belton Branch
  • Open and maintain various deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit
  • Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently, such as deposits, withdrawals, and cash orders
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like credit cards, mortgages, or investment options
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, including Chase Mobile app and online banking features
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and fraud prevention protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and promote community engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal banking licenses within 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software applications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal banking regulations
