Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate J.P. Morgan Chase banking solutions
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings while adhering to compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses (e.g., NMLS registration) within regulatory timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
