Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate J.P. Morgan Chase banking solutions
• Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings while adhering to compliance standards
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and increase wallet share
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized services like investments, mortgages, or small business banking
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online security to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional hospitality
• Monitor and resolve client inquiries or issues promptly, escalating complex matters as needed
• Ensure all activities comply with J.P. Morgan Chase policies, anti-money laundering regulations, and fair lending practices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail banking, or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
• Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses (e.g., NMLS registration) within regulatory timelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a relationship banking role at a major financial institution
