  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Promote digital banking solutions to improve client experience and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Chase credit cards, investment products, and mortgage services
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional hospitality
  • Ensure all activities comply with federal and state banking regulations
  • Participate in community outreach events to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's local presence in Baton Rouge
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions and transactions

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail banking, or financial services
