Key Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the Little Egg Harbor branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments while ensuring accuracy and security
• Deliver exceptional hospitality by creating personalized client experiences aligned with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Identify opportunities for deepening client relationships through cross-selling banking and wealth management services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred

• Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as Series 6 and 63 within 120 days of hire
