  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
  • Promote digital banking tools to enhance client experience and adoption of Chase mobile app and online services
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling products like mortgages, investments, and small business banking
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies during client interactions
  • Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve client issues promptly
  • Participate in community outreach events to strengthen JPMorgan Chase's presence in San Francisco
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the bank's systems
  • Support branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal licenses (e.g., NMLS registration)
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work branch hours, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or relationship management within a bank
