Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the Midtown East Raleigh branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings while ensuring accuracy and security
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting clients warmly and resolving inquiries promptly
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, fraud prevention, and financial wellness programs offered by JPMorgan Chase
  • Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and community engagement targets
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Assist in branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Identify opportunities for client referrals to wealth management or mortgage specialists within JPMorgan Chase
  • Participate in local Raleigh community events to promote JPMorgan Chase's commitment to financial inclusion

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal banking licenses within 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
