Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance to deliver exceptional service in line with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards
  • Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and loan inquiries
  • Identify client opportunities by recommending appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using banking systems while adhering to all compliance and security protocols
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals within the Lawrence, KS community
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support branch goals and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions to enhance their financial experience and promote self-service options
  • Monitor and resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers as needed
  • Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies, industry trends, and local market needs to provide informed advice

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to obtain necessary state banking licenses within 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and financial software
