Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the Raceland branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JP Morgan Chase banking solutions

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals in the local community
  • Promote digital banking tools and educate clients on mobile apps, online platforms, and fraud prevention
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products like credit cards, mortgages, and investment services
  • Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional hospitality-focused service
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
  • Support community outreach initiatives in Raceland to enhance JP Morgan Chase's local presence

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and federal banking licenses within 90 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
