Key Responsibilities

  • Open and maintain various deposit accounts, including checking, savings, and certificates of deposit
  • Assist clients with loan applications, mortgage inquiries, and credit products while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Promote and educate clients on digital banking options, such as Chase Mobile app and online transfers
  • Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers, while upholding security protocols
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals within the community
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional hospitality
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling JPMorgan Chase investment and wealth management services
  • Monitor client accounts for potential issues and provide proactive advisory support
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JPMorgan Chase policies, products, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and digital banking tools
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses such as NMLS registration within 45 days of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with federal and state banking regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a relationship banking role at a major financial institution
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or another local language spoken in Spokane Valley
