Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized service in line with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards
• Assist clients with account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and other basic banking transactions
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Process transactions accurately while adhering to compliance and risk management protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless client experiences
• Promote digital banking tools to enhance client convenience and self-service options
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold service excellence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail banking, or financial services
