Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and referrals
  • Promote JP Morgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and investment services
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to deliver exceptional service
  • Participate in community outreach events to enhance JP Morgan Chase's local presence in Telluride
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for branch coverage if needed
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks
