Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the branch to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions
  • Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals
  • Promote and sell JPMorgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and investment services
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling
  • Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and client experiences
  • Identify opportunities for client referrals to specialized JPMorgan Chase wealth management or lending teams
  • Maintain accurate client records in JPMorgan Chase's core banking systems
  • Participate in community outreach events to enhance JPMorgan Chase's presence in Uptown Colorado Springs

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
