Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation logistics for the timely and secure delivery of financial documents, equipment, and goods across Mumbai and surrounding regions
• Liaise with third-party vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to optimize routes, schedules, and costs in alignment with JP Morgan Chase's operational standards
• Monitor shipment statuses using tracking systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including data security protocols for sensitive financial materials
• Analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that support the firm's global supply chain efficiency
• Manage inventory levels for transportation-related supplies and coordinate with procurement teams to maintain seamless operations
• Handle escalations for delivery delays or issues, ensuring minimal disruption to JP Morgan Chase's business continuity in the financial services sector
• Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates and cost savings, for senior management review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management and compliance, to mitigate potential disruptions in transportation affecting financial operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transportation logistics or operations coordination
• Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and supply chain processes within a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in transportation, including Indian customs and international shipping standards
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
