AWM Data Platform - Data Fabric Product Owner

Location: Jersey City, NJ, United States

Job Family: Product Management

About the Role

At JP Morgan Chase, we are at the forefront of transforming Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) through innovative data solutions. As the AWM Data Platform - Data Fabric Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in connecting data producers and consumers in a scalable, performant, and seamless manner. Based in our Jersey City, NJ office, this position within the Product Management category offers the opportunity to drive strategic initiatives that empower our global wealth management teams with reliable, real-time data access. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to build a robust data fabric that supports critical functions like portfolio analysis, client reporting, and risk management, all while adhering to the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry. Your primary focus will be on owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Data Fabric, from ideation to deployment. This includes gathering requirements from AWM business units, prioritizing features that enhance data interoperability, and ensuring the platform scales to handle petabyte-level volumes of financial data. You will work hand-in-hand with engineering and data teams to implement cutting-edge technologies, such as data meshes and API-driven integrations, to eliminate silos and foster a unified data ecosystem. In this role, you will also champion data governance practices, mitigating risks associated with sensitive client information and aligning with JP Morgan's commitment to ethical data usage.
