Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications on AWS to manage client trust accounts with high precision and reliability
• Integrate AI and ML models to automate trust administration processes, enhancing accuracy and reducing operational risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, risk management, and business stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering innovation in financial technology
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency in handling sensitive financial data
• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, and ensure adherence to JP Morgan's engineering standards
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, minimizing downtime for critical trust services
• Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and financial regulations to drive continuous improvement
• Develop APIs and microservices to integrate trust management systems with broader JP Morgan platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a focus on AWS cloud platforms
• Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning frameworks, including TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong experience in developing and deploying scalable applications in a financial services environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and mentor junior developers
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and DevOps practices for secure, compliant software delivery
• Experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and SEC requirements in financial tech

• Advanced certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect Professional)
