  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with emerging middle market clients in Albany, NY, providing tailored banking solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial products, including cash management, treasury services, and capital markets solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and networking within the local business community
  • Monitor client portfolios to ensure compliance with credit agreements and mitigate risks
  • Prepare and present credit proposals and financial recommendations to senior management
  • Advise clients on industry trends, economic factors, and strategic financial planning
  • Participate in community outreach and business development events to enhance JP Morgan Chase's presence in the region
  • Ensure all client interactions adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships within middle market or emerging companies
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the Albany region and surrounding areas
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience working with emerging middle market companies in the Northeast US
  • Prior exposure to JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking products and services
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse client base in Albany
