Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with emerging middle market clients in Bowling Green, KY, providing tailored banking and financial solutions
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate credit, treasury, and advisory services from JP Morgan Chase's portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and product specialists, to structure financing solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks in line with JP Morgan's risk management standards
  • Prepare and present credit proposals, business plans, and financial analyses to senior management
  • Drive business development by prospecting new clients in the local market and expanding existing relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase policies in all client interactions
  • Provide ongoing financial advisory support, including cash management and capital markets guidance
  • Participate in community outreach and networking events to enhance JP Morgan's presence in the region
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships within middle market or emerging businesses
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, lending products, and risk management in the financial services industry
  • Ability to travel within the Bowling Green, KY region to meet client needs
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience working with emerging middle market companies in the Southeast US
  • Knowledge of JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking products and services
  • Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, to serve diverse client bases
