Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with emerging middle market clients in the Milwaukee area, providing tailored banking and financial solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial banking segment, targeting companies with revenues between $10M and $500M
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including credit underwriting and portfolio management, to support client financing needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as credit risk, treasury services, and investment banking to deliver integrated solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, compliance, and risk mitigation, ensuring adherence to JPMorgan Chase's standards
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, pitches, and financial reports to clients and senior management
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling JPMorgan products like cash management, trade finance, and capital markets services
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors affecting middle market businesses
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team goals in the Milwaukee Commercial Banking office
  • Ensure all activities comply with federal regulations, including BSA/AML and fair lending practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships within middle market or emerging businesses
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and business development
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications
