Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with emerging middle market clients in Rochester, NY, providing tailored banking solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and credit assessments to support lending decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial products including loans, treasury services, and advisory

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships within the middle market segment
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, lending products, and risk management in commercial banking
  • Ability to travel within the Rochester, NY area as needed for client meetings
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience working with emerging middle market companies in the Northeast region
  • Prior exposure to JP Morgan Chase's Commercial Banking products and services
