Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with emerging middle market clients, providing tailored banking and financial solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and credit underwriting to support client financing needs

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the San Diego market to grow the client portfolio
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, risks, and compliance with regulatory standards

  • Prepare and present business plans, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships within the middle market segment
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client partnerships
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used in commercial banking

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
