Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships within the middle market segment
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, lending products, and risk management in commercial banking
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and business development
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused approach
