Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with middle market healthcare clients, providing tailored financial solutions to support their growth and operational needs
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and credit assessments for healthcare clients to recommend appropriate lending and treasury services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at JP Morgan Chase to deliver comprehensive banking products, including cash management, capital markets, and advisory services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, targeting over 20,000 middle market clients nationwide
• Monitor client portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate risks in the evolving healthcare landscape
• Develop customized financial strategies to address industry-specific challenges such as reimbursement models and supply chain financing
• Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility in healthcare services
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on client performance and market trends
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's overall success in achieving revenue targets
• Stay abreast of healthcare policy changes and economic factors impacting the sector to advise clients proactively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including regulatory environments and financial challenges
• Proven track record in managing client portfolios and driving revenue growth
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and credit analysis
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry events
• Active Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
