Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-corporate clients by providing tailored banking and financial solutions
  • Conduct financial analysis, credit underwriting, and risk assessments for client proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Indianapolis region to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, treasury, and investment banking, to deliver comprehensive services
  • Develop customized lending structures, cash management, and capital market solutions for clients
  • Monitor client financial health, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to mitigate risks
  • Participate in business development activities, such as client meetings, networking events, and market research
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
  • Support senior bankers in deal execution and portfolio management
  • Contribute to team goals by sharing industry insights and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing mid-sized corporate client portfolios
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing roles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Experience in the mid-corporate banking sector with clients in manufacturing, healthcare, or technology industries
  • Series 7 or Series 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
