Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Client Advisors in managing client portfolios and relationships
  • Assist in preparing client reports, financial analyses, and investment recommendations tailored to Nordic clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and compliance checks
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation and KYC verification
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory updates relevant to the Nordic private banking sector
  • Facilitate client communications, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentation materials
  • Contribute to risk assessments and portfolio reviews to maintain high standards of client service
  • Collaborate with global JP Morgan teams to deliver integrated wealth management solutions
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure data integrity for client interactions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory services
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements in the Nordic region
  • Proven track record in client support roles within a banking environment
  • Knowledge of EU financial regulations, including MiFID II and GDPR
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team setting

  • Advanced certification such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent in wealth management
