Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing a welcoming atmosphere aligned with JP Morgan Chase's commitment to excellence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests from financial professionals are accommodated
• Serve meals and drinks with precision and elegance, maintaining the highest standards of presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service during events at the 270 Park Avenue location
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management as needed
• Assist in setup and breakdown of banquet spaces for corporate functions and client dinners

• Monitor inventory of dining supplies and report shortages to supervisors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in fine dining or banquet service in a high-end hospitality environment
• Valid New York State Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Excellent physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 pounds
• Legal right to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate or financial services dining environments
• Familiarity with serving high-profile clients in a professional setting
• Certification in alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent)
• Previous work in a fast-paced, upscale banquet facility
