Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of experience in fine dining or banquet service in a high-end hospitality environment
  • Valid New York State Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 pounds
  • Legal right to work in the United States
