Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of BI analytics solutions to support JP Morgan Chase's financial services operations, including risk assessment and client reporting
• Design and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau and SQL to drive business decisions in investment banking and asset management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and finance experts, to identify analytics needs and deliver impactful solutions
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in data analytics, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the Analytics Solutions & Delivery team
• Conduct data quality assessments and implement governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations
• Innovate by exploring emerging technologies such as AI/ML integration for predictive analytics in market trends and fraud detection
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating technical insights into strategic business value
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for BI initiatives, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's global standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues, optimizing performance for large-scale financial datasets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or software engineering roles within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and manipulation
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding teams on analytics projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, particularly in banking or investment management at a firm like JP Morgan Chase
• Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in finance, such as GDPR, SOX, or Basel III
• Prior work with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Advanced degree in Data Science or Analytics
