Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of branch associates to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve sales goals
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies and federal regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients in the Allen/McKinney area to grow deposits and loan portfolios
