Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of bankers and associates to deliver outstanding client experiences in line with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards
  • Drive branch performance by achieving sales goals for deposits, loans, investments, and other financial products
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee development and retention
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations in Buffalo to expand JPMorgan Chase's presence
  • Monitor branch operations, including risk management and audit readiness
  • Provide coaching and training to staff on product knowledge and client service best practices
  • Analyze branch metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management
  • Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales and service targets
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Buffalo, NY area
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them
  • Experience in customer relationship management in a financial services environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in finance
  • Prior experience as a branch manager or assistant manager at a major bank
