  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and the University of North Carolina community in Chapel Hill
  • Drive business growth through proactive client outreach and community engagement initiatives
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching and development to team members to foster career growth within JPMorgan Chase
  • Manage risk and resolve escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align branch activities with broader company objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management
  • Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales and service targets
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in finance
  • Experience managing a branch in a high-traffic university or community setting
  • Certification in financial planning or banking (e.g., CFP or equivalent)
