Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of branch associates to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve performance goals
• Oversee daily branch operations, including sales of banking products, loans, and investment services
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, as well as JP Morgan Chase internal policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations in Rockford, IL and surrounding areas
• Monitor branch performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores and revenue growth, and implement improvement strategies
• Coach and develop team members through training programs and performance feedback to foster a culture of hospitality and care
• Identify opportunities for business development and cross-selling JP Morgan Chase financial solutions
• Manage risk and security protocols to protect client assets and maintain a safe branch environment
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align branch initiatives with broader JP Morgan Chase goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management
• Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales and service targets in a branch environment
• Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Chicago Northwest Suburbs and Rockford, IL area
