Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, including sales of banking products like checking accounts, loans, and investment services
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations in Huntington Woods to drive client acquisition
  • Monitor branch performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores and deposit growth, and implement improvement strategies
