Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations in the Desert Mountain area to drive client acquisition
  • Monitor branch performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores and deposit growth, and implement improvement strategies
  • Coach and develop team members through training programs focused on JP Morgan Chase's hospitality standards
  • Manage risk and security protocols to safeguard client assets and branch integrity
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to align branch initiatives with JP Morgan Chase's broader financial services goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales and service goals in a branch environment
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Albuquerque area as needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support branch operations
