Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management

  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local market area
