Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management
  • Proven track record in leading teams to achieve sales and service goals
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive business growth in a competitive market
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Greater Nashville
