Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of bankers and associates to deliver outstanding client experiences in the new Elevation Point branch
  • Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for deposits, loans, and investment products
  • Ensure compliance with all JPMorgan Chase policies, federal regulations, and risk management protocols
  • Foster a culture of hospitality and care, aligning with JPMorgan's client-first philosophy
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including staffing, inventory, and facility management for the new build location
  • Build community relationships in St. Augustine to grow the client base and enhance brand presence
  • Coach and develop team members through training and performance management
  • Monitor key metrics such as client satisfaction scores and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with district leadership to implement strategic initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management
  • Proven track record in leading teams to achieve sales and service goals
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in managing branch operations, including new branch openings
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in finance
  • Experience in high-growth or new build branch environments
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Previous leadership role in a JPMorgan Chase branch
