  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews for team members to foster professional development
  • Collaborate with district leadership to align branch activities with JPMorgan Chase's broader strategic initiatives
  • Manage risk and security protocols to protect client assets and maintain a safe branch environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management
  • Proven track record in leading teams and achieving sales and service targets in a branch environment
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area as needed
  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in finance

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, given the diverse community in Ocoee, FL
