Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of bankers and associates to deliver exceptional client experiences in the Riverton, Draper, and Sandy branches
• Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for deposit, loan, and investment products while maintaining high service standards
• Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase policies, federal banking regulations, and anti-money laundering procedures
• Foster a culture of hospitality and care, embodying Chase's commitment to client-centric service in the Salt Lake South Market
• Manage daily branch operations, including staffing, budgeting, and facility maintenance across multiple locations
• Identify opportunities for business growth through community engagement and client relationship building

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Salt Lake South Market (Riverton, Draper, Sandy, UT)
