Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of branch associates to deliver outstanding client experiences, fostering a culture of hospitality and care aligned with JP Morgan Chase's values
  • Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for deposit, loan, and investment products while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Oversee daily branch operations, including cash handling, transaction processing, and facility maintenance in Rogers, MN
  • Coach and develop team members through training, performance reviews, and career growth opportunities to build a high-performing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local community leaders and businesses to expand JP Morgan Chase's presence
  • Monitor and mitigate risks by conducting audits, ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) policies, and managing operational controls

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management
  • Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales and service goals in a branch environment
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area as needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet branch operational needs
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in team leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification in finance, such as CFA or CFP
  • Experience managing a high-volume branch in a competitive market
