  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and federal banking regulations
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, care, and inclusion, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's core values
  • Manage risk and resolve escalated client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Conduct coaching and development sessions for team members to enhance skills in financial products and services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the South Central Market as needed
  • Experience in customer relationship management and sales leadership within the financial services industry
