Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of branch associates to deliver outstanding client experiences aligned with JPMorgan Chase's hospitality standards
  • Drive branch performance by achieving sales targets for deposits, loans, investments, and other financial products
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, professional development, and employee engagement within the branch
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations in the Treasure Coast Market
  • Monitor branch operations, including cash handling, security, and facility maintenance, to uphold safety and efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to recommend product enhancements and service improvements
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to implement JPMorgan Chase initiatives and strategic goals
  • Handle escalated client issues with empathy and resolve them to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services management

  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused setting with flexible hours including weekends
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Treasure Coast Market as needed
