Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch banking operations or financial services
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional client service in a retail banking environment
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Experience with cash handling, transaction processing, and operational controls
