  • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) protocols and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
  • Monitor branch metrics such as client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales goals, implementing improvements as needed

Required Qualifications
