Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, including teller transactions, account openings, and cash handling to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Lead a team of branch associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to drive exceptional client service
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and lending solutions
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including KYC, AML, and fraud prevention protocols
  • Manage branch audits, reconciliations, and reporting to maintain operational integrity and minimize risks
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support client acquisition and retention initiatives in the Lutz, FL area
  • Monitor branch metrics, such as client satisfaction scores and operational efficiency, to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications
