Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily branch operations to ensure seamless functionality in the new Foley branch, including cash handling, transaction processing, and vault management
  • Oversee a team of tellers and operations staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to maintain high service standards

  • Manage inventory of branch supplies, equipment setup for the new build, and facility maintenance
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as transaction accuracy and client satisfaction metrics

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, new build branch setting with adaptability to change
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the local area as needed
