  • Oversee daily branch operations at the Grand Parkway at Harmony Commons location, ensuring seamless client transactions and service delivery
  • Lead a team of tellers and operations staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to uphold JPMorgan Chase standards
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by resolving inquiries, promoting banking products, and embodying our hospitality commitment
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
  • Manage branch security, cash handling, and vault operations to mitigate risks and protect client assets
  • Collaborate with branch management to drive sales goals, such as opening new accounts and cross-selling financial solutions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications
