Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations or customer service within the financial services industry

  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced branch setting
  • Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the Fort Worth area as needed
